If you're spending more than you're earning, something's got to go. Use your hard earned money to pay for the essentials (electric, rent, food) and just don't spend what you don't have on luxuries like alcohol, tobacco, channel TV.

Yeah, it's tough. But it's not as tough as being trapped in a payday loan cycle.
